Please Read Before Booking

• Deposits are required and non-refundable. (35%)
• The remainder of payment is due the day of service, before start time.
• If unpaid balance, client will only receive the amount of service equal to deposit.

Example: if paid a 50% deposit for a 1-hour shoot, only 30 minutes will be fulfilled.

• By booking services, the client grants Rolling 27 Productions LLC and its owners, affiliates, successors, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual right to use photos, videos, and other captured content for marketing, portfolio, educational, and promotional purposes. (Unless specified otherwise)
• Services are based on the agreed scope; extra requests may require a new invoice.
• Clients are responsible for their guest as their actions may affect timing and/or cost.
• Travel outside the local area may incur additional costs (Travel, lodging, food, etc.).
• Confidentiality is respected: no business or personal information will be shared.
• If disputes occur, both parties agree to resolve them through mediation only.
